Hi Babes!!

As you all know I love messing around in the kitchen and making yummy bowls of food just as much as I love hitting the gym. By now you've probably also gathered that I'm a creature of habit when it comes to food. I tend to throw together some weird combos, but all my foodies out there know that the weird bowls are usually the most tasty. So, it's all good, right? Right. I'm gonna share one of my fav bowls with you all, hence the title of this blog post because, NOMZ!! :)

Whatcha Need:

-Organic Shredded Hash Browns

-Dairy Free American Cheese

-Pre-Prepped Earthly Choice Original CousCous

-Pre-Prepped 93/7 Ground Turkey

-Pre-Prepped Birds Eye Green Beans

-Unsalted Cashews

-Coconut Amino's

-Lime Juice

-Pink Himilayan Salt

-Coconut Oil

Step One: Spray your pan with cooking spray or pour some olive oil in the pan and let it heat up. Then throw your hash browns in the pan and sauté until they start to turn a gold-ish/brown color (I like them crispier, so cook to your liking)!

Step Two: Toss your couscous, green beans, and Ground Turkey into the pan. Mix them into your hash browns (let them heat for a minute). Next, crack an egg over your mix and break your slice of cheese into tiny lil' pieces and sprinkle over the mix. Scramble all of your items together until the egg is fully cooked to your liking.

Step Three: Transfer the scrambled mix into a bowl. On a separate plate break/crush up your cashews and then pour over your bowl of goods. (I had to use my ice cream scooper to do this the other day, the things we do for food, LOL)!!

Step Four: Top with coconut amino's, lime juice, coconut oil (for extra fats + to keep yah fuller for longer), and pink salt. You can top with whatever yah desire though. These are just some of my personal favorites. I like to keep the taste simple and nothing too over the top. This mostly having to do with my digestive issues & intolerances. My sauce/condiment choices are pretty limited unfortunately, MEH. :(

Easy, simple, and delicious. I tend to make similar bowls of food for my all of my meals because it's most convenient for me, especially while on a bulk. I frequently switch up my protein sources, carb sources, fat sources, what I top it with, etc. That way I never get bored or tired of eating the same meal because that's no fun. Each bowl has its own little twist, making each one a little unique and yummy in its own way! Okay. Now, GO MAKE THIS BOWL OF NOMZ!!!

The GIF above is an accurate representation of me and all food, hehe. If you try out this bowl lemme know whatcha think. Also, if anyone has some yummy recommendations or ideas for future bowls, HMU. Slide into my insta DM's (mik_food_fitness), or email me at (mikaylamerrill19@gmail.com). Whatever works!

See yah next time friends!

-Mik :)
