Summer Smoothie Recipe

Hey friends!
As promised here's the recipe for the smoothie I uploaded to my Instagram as many of you have asked me for it! I thought a blog post would be easiest to follow knowing you'll always have access to it in the future. If you don't follow my Instagram but are reading this and still want to make a perfect summer smoothie full of all the fruits and veggies, check it out below!

Ingredients:
1/2-3/4 cup of steamed riced cauliflower
1 half of a medium frozen zucchini
Handful of frozen kale
1/2 serving of frozen blueberries
3-4 medium frozen strawberries
Small handful of Kamut Puffs or Puffed Rice (Any cereal will work just fine, this part is totally optional though)
1/2 serving of PEScience's Mixed Berry Vegan Protein
Small spoonful of PEScience's Peanut Butter Cookie Protein
Small spoonful of cacao powder
1 Stevia Packet
Handful of ice
Dash of cashew milk (Enough to blend but be careful not to add too much or it will become too watery/liquidy- I prefer my smoothies thicker)
Throw all the ingredients in your blender and blend until yah get a thick, smooth, and creamy consistency. Warning: This sometimes takes me forever to blend (my blender at home is terrible and I barely add any liquid because I like my smoothies thick AF). It's a process, but def so worth it. I love adding fruits and veggies to my smoothies because it's a great way to get in your micronutrients and fuel your body with real whole foods. Also for those of you who are questioning adding veggies to your smoothie thinking it will taste terrible, don't! If anything they add the perfect texture making the smoothie thicker and creamier! Don't knock it till yah try it. I also love adding all the random toppings to my smoothie because you can constantly change it up depending on the mood you are in and how hungry you are.
