Hi ya'll! This morning I posted an upper body hotel workout upon feedback I received on my Instagram poll the other day. Sometimes I feel a lack of motivation and energy when it comes to workouts where I only have minimal equipment, I'm short on time, or just don't feel the usual energy I do when I go to my normal gym & in my regular routine. Have no fear, I threw together this quick and easy minimal-equipment workout as I went along and knocked it out in about 45 minutes. Left me sweating and just as satisfied as any other workout too! :)

Here it is:
Warmup: 10 minute incline walk on the treadmill
Superset One:
1a.) 3x20 (10 each arm) dumbbell curls
1b.) 3x15 standing around the worlds
Superset Two:
2a.) 3x12 (each arm) single arm lat cable pull down
2b.) 3x12 (each arm) bent over tricep kickbacks
Superset Three:
3a.) 3x15 (each arm) tricep cable pushdown
3b.) 3x10 (each arm) dumbbell rows
Superset Four:
4a.) 4x15 cable curl
4b.) 4x12 dumbbell standing shoulder press
Burnout Tri-set:
3x10 upright row with bands
3x10 dumbbell side raises
3x10 dumbbell front raises
Cool Down: 5 minute moderate walk on the treadmill
Keep the weight semi-light. Lots of supersets and higher reps will definitely burn you out quicker so it's important to keep the weight light to avoid injury and not sacrifice form! Enjoy and let me know if you try it out and whatcha think friends!!
