A Leg Day You Won't Wanna Miss!! 💀

Hi ya'll!! My boyfriend and I went into the gym a few days ago to hit legs. The gym was absolutely SLAMMED, so we grabbed whatever was open and threw this workout together as we went along. A few things to say. One, it was death. Two, both of us are having trouble walking now. So you def have a to try, LOL!!!
Here we go, this is the ultimate workout-twerkout!!
Warmup:
Glute/leg activation with resistance bands (side shuffle, kickbacks, hip thrust)
Leggiezz:
Sumo Deadlifts 5 x 1 set of 15,12,12,8,15
Squats 4x8-15Â
Dumbbell RDL’s 4x12-15
Superset One:
1a.) Cable squats w/ straight bar (pulse at the bottom) 4x15Â
1b.) Close stance smith machine squats 3x10
Cable kickbacks 3x12 (each leg)
Superset Two:
2a.) Wide stance leg press 3x12
2b.) Calves using leg press 3x20
Finisher: (My bf found this on insta somewhere) it’s literal death💀!!
Leg extension:Â Find a weight you can do 6-8 reps with...
Do 1 rep, drop the stack
Do 2 reps, drop the stack
Do 3 reps, drop the stack
Do 4 reps, drop the stack
Do 5 reps, drop the stackÂ
Keep doing this until you hit 10 repsÂ
