Looking to spice up your meals? Need a tasty lunch? Some foodie inspiration? I gotchu friends!!! I whipped up this tasty scramble for lunch the other day (with very few ingredients, basically everything I had left in my fridge LOL). But, boy was it tasty, & easy!!

Ingredients:
-2 Eggs
-All Natural Turkey Breast Lunch Meat
-Green Beans
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Spinach or Spring Mix
-Pink Himalayan Salt
-Coconut Aminos
-Honey Mustard
-Lime Juice
Deets:
Step One: Place a pan on the stovetop. Turn on medium heat and spray the pan with cooking spray or some sort of oil (I used coconut oil for some fattzzz).
Step Two: Throw some pre-steamed green beans, cherry tomatoes, and spinach/spring mix on top of the pan to sauté or just enough to heat up. Add pink salt and lime juice over the mix. Place some all natural turkey breast in the pan along with the veggies to begin sautéing as well.
Step Three: Crack two eggs over the mix and cook until scrambled. Sprinkle some more pink salt on the mix.
Step Four: Once everything has completely cooked, transfer into a bowl to serve. Drizzle some coconut aminos and honey mustard on top of your scramble to taste. Mix in.
Simple as that! Doesn't matter if you are low on ingredients, short on time, or at a brain fog for meal ideas. This is perfect and SO easy to whip up. If I would've had couscous or quinoa on hand, I definitely would've added that in and I would recommend you do too! Tasty and nutrient dense, yah can't beat it. Enjoy!
